These Upper Cabinets are designed to pair perfectly with my Miter Saw Station, but also work elsewhere in your shop, or anywhere in your home.

These 23-page, step-by-step plans take you through the entire build from start to finish with detailed renderings of the whole process.

Imperial plans only (no metric, sorry).

About the Plans

These plans aren't just an exploded view of the project. There are detailed, coloured renderings, and lots of notes and descriptions so you can do everything in order, quickly, and without mistakes. All the guesswork has been removed.

This build is designed with an overall dimension of 13-¼” deep x 30” wide x 24” tall cabinet. Adjust these dimensions before starting the build to fit your space if needed. With that being said, I would not recommend going any wider. Consider making two narrower cabinets to fit a wider space (I made three 30” wide cabinets).

The plans are a .pdf file format. After purchasing, an email will be sent (separate from the order confirmation email), with a link to access the plans. You have five attempts to access and download the plans to the local storage on your device. If you don't see the email after an hour, first check your spam folder, then fill out the form on the Contact page for customer assistance.

Tool Requirements

This is not an exhaustive list, but the major tools needed are:

• Table Saw
• Dowel Jig
• Drill
• Planer (semi-optional: The use of a planer in this build is not completely necessary, but to make the door panels flat, it is required. Otherwise you can use a raised panel router bit in a router table)
• Router Table (semi-optional: you will need a router table if you don't have a planer for the door panels. You also won't be able to do the beaded detail on the back slats and the door frames)
• Jointer (optional but recommended for seamless panel glue ups--and there are a lot of them in this project).
• Brad nailer (optional, you could drive them by hand)
• (x6) 30" clamps

Supplies

• ~64 linear feet of 1x6 (or 32 bdft) solid wood
• (x32) ⅜” x 1-½” dowels
• (x28) 1-¼" Brad Nails
• (x2) Hinges
• (x2) Pulls
