About the Plans

The cabinets use traditional frame and ship lap carcass construction with the ability to build with modern joinery methods like dowels or dominos which makes for a strong yet straightforward build.

The top is 26" x 92" and 36" tall, but can be made wider by placing additional base cabinets side by side.

This is an intermediate level project, but if you’ve built a table before, this would be a great project to push your woodworking skills to the next level.

The plans are a .pdf file format. After purchasing, an email will be sent (separate from the order confirmation email), with a link to access the plans. You have five attempts to access and download the plans to the local storage on your device. If you don't see the email after an hour, first check your spam folder, then fill out the form on the Contact page for customer assistance.

Great Plans for the Build

Overall, the plans are great and easy to read. This is a great learning project for me as I have never created panels or made a table from boards before. Also, I don't have a dado stack since my table saw won't accept one, so I am doing it all with a router and table given to me by my wonderful neighbors, which is also a great learning experience.
The only thing I have to point out is that there is a mistake (I think) in the measurements for the toe kick. It shows a 1/2 inch thickness for a 3/4 inch thick 1 x 4 board, and the width of the cut is too wide to get from a 1 x 4 board, so I think it should say it should be made from a 3/4 inch thick 1 x 6 board. Well, it fit for me and I made it with the measurements I thought it should be as opposed to the ones in the directions.

Thanks for the review Karl, the photos look great! I've updated the plans to fix this mistake. Thanks for the catch!

Wow, best I’ve seen so far.

The adaptations made for small spaces is novel, especially the sliding top bench. Well done!

I think it's going to be a great build !! I haven't started the project as of yet, because I'm not lucky enough to have heat out in my shop !! The setup I have now takes up way too much room !!
